Red Fish Solution: custom QR code / Text2Win campaign
Overview: Ralph Lauren wanted to set itself apart from the massive retail industry. How would they do this? Engage consumers through innovation! They enlisted Red Fish Media’s designers, strategists and developers to create a fresh and new spin on a Text2Win campaign. Red Fish created an eye-catching custom QR code, which was placed in store windows, to entice passers-by to enter the store and scan the code. This beautifully branded QR Code linked directly to Ralph Lauren’s mobile website. Users scanned the code and were able to purchase apparel, join the Ralph Lauren mailing list, and enter to win a set of tickets to the U.S. Open.
Results: Ralph Lauren received national exposure and accolades for its creative Custom QR Code campaign. The brand also experienced a significant increase in its loyalty and email programs.
