Red Fish Solution: Smart SMS Alerts / Mobile Drip Program / Mobile Checkout
Overview: Las Vegas can be an overwhelming city for visitors. The answers to the questions of ‘Where to go?’ and ‘What to do?’ aren’t always so easy to find. With this in mind, Red Fish Media developed a highly refined Smart SMS Alerts / Mobile Drip Program that provided MGM’s guests on-property information for dining, nightlife, entertainment, reservations and promotions, via mobile alerts. The Mobile Drip portion of the program allowed MGM to continuously interact with guests during and after their visit. Participating resorts were able to segment alerts by the time of day, length of stay, M-Life tier and first time or repeat visitors. To ensure a strong lasting impression with guests, Red Fish designed a quick, seamless and at their fingertips Mobile Checkout process.
