“Golfsmacks’ INSTANT WIN GAME OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION Golfsmacks’ Instant Win Game ("Game") is a Short Message Service ("SMS") and Internet based Instant Win Game which begins at 12:01:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on 9/12/08 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on 9/21/08 ("Promotion Period"). By participating in the Game, each entrant agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules and the decisions of Clubhouse International Inc. (dba Golfsmack) 915-1125 Howe Street, Vancouver B.C. Canada, V6Z 2K8 ("Sponsor") and its US-based facilitating agency Redfish Media LLC, 605 Lincoln Road, Suite 220, Miami Beach, FL 33139  (“Program Administrator”) which shall be final and binding in all respects.
   

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Golfsmack and Redfish Media, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
   
3. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME. There are two (2) ways to play the Instant Win Game
   
   a) VIA TEXT MESSAGE.
   
   Play the Instant Win Game by submitting an SMS with the phrase "HUNT" via text message to 23000 (the "Short Code") from your US-registered mobile phone beginning on September 12th, 2008. Upon receipt of your welcome message on your mobile phone, you will be entered into play and will receive a series of ten (10) questions one (1) per day) with three (3) multiple choice potential answers (A/B/C) on your mobile phone, up to and including close of play on September 21st, 2008. You will be directed to search for the answer to the question – on individual golf-focused videos – and Points of Interest on the Golfsmack 2008 Ryder Cup Golfskin (titled “X marks the Spot”) at: http://www.golfsmack.com/Games.aspx
   
   

Upon submitting your answer (A/B/C) to each received daily question by text message you will receive a response, an Instant Win promotional discount code and instructions for redemption at the Ryder Cup on-line  store.

This message will be followed once on each subsequent day by the next daily question and three (3) multiple-choice potential answers  to your mobile phone until close of play on September 21st, 2008

Each time you play and answer the daily question, you will receive one (1) fifteen percent (15%) off promotional code and instructions for redemption sent to your mobile phone,  for the purchase of merchandise from the Ryder Cup on-line store.

To end receipt of daily questions to your mobile phone by text message at any time, text the word “Stop” to 23000

Carrier specific charges for text messages may apply, depending on your individual cellular pricing plan, in accordance with your cellular customer agreement. SMS may not be available for all service providers or for all handsets. Cellular phone carrier's instructions for text messaging may be different. Check your phone capabilities for specific instructions. The text message entry portion of this Game works with most U.S. cellular carriers and requires a two-way text messaging enabled cellular phone. Golfsmack makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate. Check with your service provider for details. By texting the code, the entrant grants permission to Golfsmack and/or its facilitating agency Redfish Media to notify them via a return text message and must agree to accept all applicable carrier charges associated therewith. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for each text message, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the Game, based on the applicable wireless service pricing plan. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with placing an SMS entry. The Program Administrator and Sponsor in their sole discretion may add or delete a cellular carrier at any time, without notice. Proof of text messaging the Short Code is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by the Program Administrator or Sponsor of such game play.

b) VIA INTERNET (for non-Mobile entrants). Play the Instant Win Game free of charge online by logging on to http://www.golfsmack.com/Games.aspx beginning at 12:01:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on 9/12/08 and ending at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on 9/21/08 locating and answering the daily questions – found on individual golf-focused videos,  and Points of interest on the Golfsmack 2008 Ryder Cup Golfskin (titled “X marks the spot” ) -   complete and submit the online entry form, including his/her name,  e-mail address, age and the answer to the daily question. 
Follow the online instructions to complete your game play in the Instant Win Game.

Each time you play and answer the daily question, you will receive one (1) fifteen percent (15%) off promotional code and instructions for redemption sent to your submitted email address, for the purchase of merchandise from the Ryder Cup on-line store. No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for Game entry. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Neither the Program Administrator nor the Sponsor are responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Program Administrator or the Sponsor.

Neither the Program Administrator nor the Sponsor are responsible for any change of text messaging address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of a dispute, any SMS entries and/or Internet entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the wireless phone used to enter (SMS entry) or the authorized account holder of the email address (Internet entry) submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to a wireless phone number or email address by a wireless service provider, Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning cellular phone numbers or e-mail addresses for the cellular phone numbers or domain associated with the submitted accounts. Entrants may not enter more than the once per day with a cellular phone number or e-mail address.
INSTANT WIN GAME— WINNER VALIDATION

Each time a player submits an answer to the daily question, they will receive one (1) fifteen percent (15%) off promotional code and instructions for redemption, sent to their submitted text messaging or email address, for purchase of merchandise from the Ryder Cup on-line store.

All entries submitted either by text messaging or email entry must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), September 21st, 2008 when the promotion ends.

All Promotional discount codes must be redeemed by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on Wednesday, September 23rd, when they will become invalid for redemption.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Daily unique promotional discount codes are valid for redemption at the Ryder Cup on-line store and will be sent by text message to each player’s mobile phone in the case of text message entries and to his/her email address in the case of on-line entries.

Promotional discount codes will be applied against the total purchase value – excluding applicable taxes, delivery and handling fees – of a “single-visit” purchase of Ryder Cup merchandise from the Ryder Cup on-line; store

4. GENERAL. Any prize won by an entrant who is deemed to be a minor will be awarded to the winner's parent/legal guardian on behalf of the winner. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents or substitutions of prize permitted. Promotion Entities will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the Game. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner's agreement and consent that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, unless prohibited by law. Neither the Sponsor nor Program Administrator are responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Game.
   
   Any attempted form of entry into the Game, other than the entry methods stated, is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, Program Administrators, their affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless phone connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture or entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict an entrant's ability to play the Game, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's phone/computer, or other matter relating to or resulting from participating in this Game or downloading any materials in the Game. If for any reason the SMS and/or Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Program Administrators which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Game, the Program Administrator and/or Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the SMS and/or Internet portion(s) of the Game. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Program Administrator and the Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
   
5. CONFIDENTIALITY. Golfsmack may provide information you submit to the entities that operate the website www.pga.com, for use by those entities per the terms of the www.pga.com Privacy Policy here.  Please note that www.pga.com, its operators and The Ryder Cup are not responsible for use of your information by Golfsmack.
