Details:
(1) Description of Sweepstakes - No Purchase Necessary.
Red Fish Media (the ³Sponsor²) is offering
the ³Lovefest VIP giveaway² (the
³Sweepstakes²) and will award prizes via a
random selection of valid
entrants. The Sweepstakes is available to those who send
in a 3/5 card the
address below or who have entered to receive love fest
updates via text
message. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Aug 13, 2007
Eastern Time (ET)
and ends at midnight Sept 20, 2007 ET, (³Sweepstakes
Period²). All times
referenced in these rules are Eastern Time.
(2) Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal
residents of the United
States. The giveaway is void in New York and where
prohibited by law.
Employees, officers and representatives (and members
of their immediate
families and those living in the same household of
each) of Red Fish Media,
Starbucks, Lovefest 2007, their affiliated companies,
and advertising and
promotion agencies, and any other company involved
in the design, execution
or production of this Sweepstakes are not eligible.
3) How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary to Enter or
to Win a Prize.

alerts service. Every
participant of the service will receive a complimentary
entry into the VIP
giveaway. Alternate means of entry. Send a 3/5 card
with your name address

4) Drawing - The VIP ticket giveaway will be draw
on or around Thursday
September 20th, 2007. Form of contact may be a phone

the mobile number supplied. The VIP tickets will have
no monetary value and
will be treated as comp tickets. The Ticket giveaway
excludes any Travel,
lodging or any other form of compensation to attend
said event.
(5) Release: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU RELEASE
AND HOLD SPONSORS,
PARTICIPATING CARRIERS AND THE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS,
AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FOREGOING, HARMLESS
FROM AND AGAINST ANY
AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY
KIND ARISING IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE,
POSSESSION,
USE OR MISUSE OF, OR DEFECTS IN, A PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION
IN THE
SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS BASED
ON PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY
RIGHTS, AND/OR
